According to news on medicine for employee adverse effects from exposure to working conditions are fatigue, disease (illness), trauma, death.

Fatigue – the physiological condition of the body, resulting from overly intense or prolonged activity. It manifests itself in a temporary decrease in the functionality of the human body. Distinguish between physical, mental and emotional fatigue.

Physical fatigue is manifested in violation of muscle function: to reduce the power, accuracy, consistency and measured movements, there is intensive and / or prolonged physical activity.

Mental fatigue manifests itself in decreased performance of intellectual work, the weakening of attention (difficulty concentrating), slowing of thinking, reduced mental alertness, interest in work, occurs when an intense intellectual activity.

Emotional exhaustion is manifested in a marked reduction in emotional reactions under the influence of superstrong or monotonous stimuli (stress).

Excessive workloads for extended periods or insufficient rest time can lead to chronic fatigue or exhaustion. Distinguish between mental and psychological (mental) fatigue. In today’s rhythm of work and life more often in workers appears chronic fatigue syndrome.

Another common adverse effects of the mass of work is a particular disease: a sick, sick, disease that can take place rapidly or with respect to speed (“sharp” – the medical term) or long (years), or worsen periodically (chronic).

Disease provoked by the working conditions, often called production-caused diseases.

Specific factors related to specific factors of production leads to the development of certain due to these factors and diseases. Because they are caused by adverse working conditions specific jobs of specific occupations, they are called occupational diseases.

Fairly common effects of other negative effects of adverse working conditions – trauma. This is a violation of the anatomic integrity of the human body or its functions as a result of external factors. Depending on the type of effects on the body can use the following classification of injuries:

* Mechanical;
* Electric;
* Light;
* Thermal (cold);
* Radiation.

The causes of injuries are: falls, bumps, bruises, bites, cuts, punctures, wounds, fractures, dismemberment, burns, frostbite, electrical shock, thermal shock, electric shocks, elektroozhogi, blindness, etc.

Tips to Adapt in the New Office

When we enter a new environment, be it a neighborhood or a new office, we will certainly experience a period of adaptation.

This adjustment process will go fasted when the old environment is not that different to the new environment and we have the ability to adapt quickly.

How to adjust to new environments without having to move around because they feel uncomfortable? Here are some tips that you can hold fast to your environment or climate as if you enclosed with cold storage doors.

Respecting the company culture

Believe me, if you enter an environment, you must deal with regulations. Freely an environment, there must be rules. This regulation is absolutely necessary for life to run regularly in that environment. Therefore, you must follow the rules that exist in the new environment. Both the rules that are written, and unwritten rules but are binding. At first you may feel clumsy. However, you should still follow the culture and rules applied in the new workplace.

For example, do not be violated if there is an obligation to wear the office uniform. You do not try to break the rules with a new excuse. Experienced leaders will know exactly where the error is deliberate or simply made up.

Open mind

Remember, you are still new. So, you are still very much in need of help and learn from the seniors in the office. While it may work you get is in conformity with the discipline that you take in college, does not mean you necessarily being “quasi-hero”. The experience of the seniors will be very beneficial to you in the new environment. Do not shut down. Accept the criticism of others. When you work as a team, try to gain confidence in the team. And will be even better if you immediately get the confidence to take charge of the task team. You’ll learn a lot.

Learn thoroughly the main task

Companies can not hire you just to sit back behind the office desk. Consider that there are more, rather, a task that should you do? If you feel you’re new, try to learn first what tasks are you supposed to do. Carefully and select which tasks should be prioritized.

If you have trouble, you can ask your boss. Do not forget to see the working procedures in advance so that you are not wrong in taking action. After that, try to evaluate the results of your work. Is it in accordance with the desired target or not?

Embarrassed to ask, misguided

Especially when you get a job that is not or does not correspond at all with the discipline that you learned in college. Of course, in addition to criticism, you also have to actively ‘pick up the ball “so that you quickly adjust. That is, immediately asked if there is something in which if you think is less clear. Asking not to be on older people. You can ask the young people who have enough experience. At least, for technical affairs, that person is more experienced than you. In addition, you can also ask a direct supervisor or peer level.

Request valuation

Usually the official evaluation will be conducted by the company after the trial period. However, should you not wait until time expires. Try to ask for an assessment of what you’ve done. Good and bad should you receive, so you can improve the quality of work. But the attitude and the way is no guarantee that you will simply get away from probation or even promoted to become permanent employees. If there are flaws in your work, discuss with others to get a solution.

Curiosity

Curiosity will get you excited about the work. If the initial course you already do not have the curiosity of the field work, it is not likely you will be lazy to do anything. Curiosity will motivate you to explore your abilities.

ADAPTATION OF WORK

Term used to refer to measurement for adapting work to the needs of the individual employee. The 1977 Work Environment Act makes employers responsible for Cisco training and the adaptation of work and rehabilitation, the intention being to ensure that people do not suffer ill health or accidents as a result of their work.

The adaptation of work envisages tailoring the work situation to any special needs or abilities the individual employee may have, while rehabilitation is a broader concept aimed at getting an employee back into working life. Regulations on the matter (see non-statutory Regulation) were issued by the Occupational Health and Safety Board in 1994.

The requirements involved in the adaptation of work differ from case to case, depending on the individual employee’s needs. It must be based on an overall perspective encompassing technical, medical, organizational, psychological and social considerations, ranging from the provision of technical aids or equipment to changes in work organization possibly relating to the tasks performed, the distribution of work, methods of working, working hours and the social and psychological aspects of the work environment.

The obligation imposed on employers is far-reaching. Disputes as to its extent may be decided by the Work Environment Agency. Assessments are also made by the courts, particularly the Labour Court, especially in disputes over the existence of just cause for dismissal.

Writing a CV

A Curriculum Vitae (CV) or resume is your personal sales tool and should show how your future employer will benefit from hiring you. It has one role and that is to get you an interview. Here are some tips to help you when writing your CV.

What should my CV say
Here are the main things you need to include:

Personal details
Write your full name, address, email address and phone number.
Career or personal objective
State your goal and the skills that make you suitable. For example ‘I’m looking for a career, preferably outdoors, where I can develop my skills. I’m hardworking, strong, versatile and in good health.’

Work experience
List the jobs you’ve had, including part-time and voluntary work, starting with the most recent. Write the job title, the employer’s name, the date you started and finished, and a brief description of what your duties included.

Skills and abilities
List your work-related skills and abilities. Some of these might be skills you learnt outside work. You may like to include unpaid, community or family work and say how these skills might suit the job you’re applying for.

Education and training
List your schooling and other training. Give details of technical and trade certificates, and any study or courses you’ve done.

Hobbies and interests
Give brief details of your hobbies and interests. You could also include any voluntary work you’ve been involved with.

Referees
List two to three people who can talk about how well you’ve worked in the past, but check with them first if it’s alright to put them as referees. They may be former employers or someone from work or your community who can vouch for you. Write their name, company or organisation they work for, position and contact details.

A future employer may want to contact your referees to verify what you’ve written in your CV and answer any questions they may have about you.

How to write your CV
There are two main ways to write a CV.

Functional CV
A functional CV matches your skills ato the job you’re applying for. It focuses on what you have done, not where and when you did it. Use this format if:
• you’re entering work for the first time or haven’t worked in a long time
• you have long gaps in your work history or your work history has been varied and unrelated
• you’re applying for a different type of job
• you’re an older worker, as it minimises the use of dates.

Chronological CV
A chronological CV records all your jobs and training in order, starting with the most recent. With this type of CV you show experience first and give details of work tasks.
Use this format if you want to:
• continue in the same career path
• highlight career progression or a steady employment history
• emphasise loyalty or how recent your experience is.

Some guidelines to help you write your CV
Here are a few simple guidelines:
• keep it short, up to a maximum of four pages
• list your best skills first
• use plain, simple language
• avoid jargon and abbreviations that might be unfamiliar to employers
• avoid long sentences and use lots of bullets and key phrases
• be positive and enthusiastic
• check your spelling and grammar and get someone else to check it too
• make it relevant to the job you’re applying for.

Hygienic regulation of working conditions. Hygienic evaluation of conditions and the workplace is performed on the basis of Hygienic classification of work on indicators of hazards and risk factors of industrial environment, the severity and intensity of the work process. Hygienic classification is based on the principle of differentiation in terms of work, depending on the actual levels of certain of these factors in comparison with the sanitary norms, rules, hygiene standards, as well as the possible harmful effects on the health of their employees.

Working conditions and principles of Hygienic classification divided into four classes.

Optimal conditions (1st class) – the conditions under which preserved not only the health of workers, but also creates the preconditions for maintaining a high level of disability. Optimal hygiene factors of production are set for climate and the factors of the labor process. For other factors for optimal conditionally accepted those conditions under which adverse occupational factors do not exceed the levels adopted for the safe to the public.

Acceptable conditions of work (Grade 2) - are characterized by levels of occupational hazards of the working environment and working process, which does not exceed the health standards, and possible changes in the functional state of the organism recovered during the rest of the regulated or before the next shift and no adverse effects on health workers and health of future generations in the near and distant time.

Unhealthy working conditions (third class) – characterized by levels of occupational hazards that exceed health standards and can adversely affect the body of the employee and / or the health of future generations. Adverse conditions in the degree of excess hygiene and manifestations of possible changes in the body of workers are divided into four degrees.

First degree – working conditions are characterized by levels of harmful factors of environment and labor process, which usually determine the functional changes that go beyond the physiological fluctuations (the latter being restored with more prolonged than the beginning of the next shift, break contact with harmful factors) and increase the risk of deterioration of health.

Second degree – working conditions are characterized by levels of harmful factors of environment and labor process, which can lead to persistent functional impairment, in most cases to an increase in production-related diseases, the appearance of individual characters or mild forms of occupational pathology (usually without loss of occupational disability) that occurs after prolonged exposure (10 or more years).

Third degree – working conditions are characterized by levels of harmful factors of environment and working process, which, except for the growth of production-related diseases, lead to the development of occupational diseases are generally mild to moderate severity (the loss of occupational disability in the period of employment).

Fourth degree – working conditions are characterized by levels of harmful factors of environment and labor process, which can lead to a significant increase in chronic diseases and morbidity with temporary disability, and severe forms of occupational diseases (with the loss of total disability).

Dangerous (extreme) conditions of work (Grade 4) – working conditions are characterized by levels of harmful factors of environment and labor process, whose effects during the shift (or part thereof) constitutes a threat to life, a high risk of severe occupational injuries.

Specially for the requirements of the patient

Before the massage the patient should take a warm shower, and if it is not possible for whatever reason, it is enough to wash the feet and to wipe the entire body with a damp towel.

For local (local) section of the body massage, which will run massage, you need to wipe with alcohol or cologne.

During the massage session is allowed to remain on the massaged underwear, but for best effect it is recommended that the skin was opened. If for some reason it is not possible, as well as with significant scalp massaged on the body (not to irritate the hair follicles), massage can be performed through a thin clean cloth made from natural fibers.

Places of skin lesions (abrasions, minor wounds, scratches) should be treated with iodine, brilliant greens or with BF-6. During the massage these areas need to bypass.

In certain skin diseases (ringworm, eczema, etc.) can not perform massage.

During the massage the patient must take the most comfortable position and try to completely relax the muscles. If these conditions are massage not yield the desired results.

One of the most important conditions for the proper conduct of massage, a stable position of the body massaged. When a solid foundation for the massaged body part is missing, to achieve complete muscle relaxation is not possible, because the patient has to stretch the muscles of the extremities.

As a result, multiple studies have clearly established what should be the angles of flexion and abduction, that limb was srednefiziolo-logical position. When kneaded takes a position on his back, then to give the average physiological status must take lower limb from the vertical at an angle of 35 degrees and bend it at the knee joint at an angle of 45 degrees.

By shoulder abduction from the vertical plane at 45 degrees flexion of the forearm at the elbow at an angle of 110 degrees flexion and wrist to the metacarpal joint lucheza-angle of 100 degrees is reached the average for the physiological status of the muscles of the upper extremity.

If the abdomen is kneaded to obtain a relaxation of the muscles of the lower extremity, to put a cushion under the lower leg. Depending on the height of the massage table bending angle of the knee can vary from 25 to 40 degrees. Also on the corner bending of the knee affects the growth of the masseur.

In order to achieve maximum relaxation of the muscles of the upper extremity, kneaded should take a starting position at which the arm will be located along the trunk. Flexion angle between the forearm and upper arm should reach 110 degrees
