The purpose of this questionnaire is to identify factors influencing the motivation of the trade union
membership of young people, the effectiveness of the trade union committee at your agency work with young people.

Survey: Women take criticism personally
Criticism should be expressed more objective and never personal. But especially in women with critical remarks one must always be careful to avoid a small war in the office.
Despite equality and equal rights, many women tend to self-doubt still. As a survey shows women more often ponder about what others think of them. It’s no wonder that they take criticism to heart not only, but often in person.
In a representative survey on behalf of the “Apothekenumschau” Men and women were asked about their self-confidence. It turned out that men are much more confident, less care about the opinions of others and often frankly say what goes through their head. In contrast, women were much more reserved. One in five claimed to suffer from constant self-doubt and fear of failure to have. For men, only one seventh of tormented self-doubt.
