Applying suitable electrodes, bands, thermistors, and other monitoring probes to appropriate areas of the patient’s body.
Checking probe performance, research SIP trunking and calibrates and adjusts the recorder and monitoring computer.

Setting up video and audio monitoring apparatus.
Obtaining recordings during the study which might be overnight or during daytime nap episodes.
General Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two years of advanced technical training in a hospital/patient related field.
Must become registered as a Sleep Disorder Technician within two years of employment.
