I. General Provisions
1. The procedure for certification of workplaces on working conditions (hereinafter – the Procedures) establishes requirements for certification of workplaces on working conditions (hereinafter – the certification), registration and use of certification results.
Claims Procedure apply to employers - businesses and individuals (except for employers – individuals who are not individual entrepreneurs) (hereinafter – the employer), as well as to organizations that provide services for the certification of workplaces (hereinafter – the appraiser organization), regardless of their organizational-legal forms of ownership.

Certification of workplaces on working conditions
Certification of workplaces on working conditions – a complex of works on analysis and evaluation of working conditions in the workplace enterprise.
It should be conducted in accordance with Article 212 of the Labour Code, and pursuant to Decree of the Ministry of Health and Social Development on 31.08.2007. № 569 “On approval of the certification of the RM on working conditions” in all organizations regardless of ownership and number of employees.
